  Gateway has racing in the parking lot and the girl that works in the office boyfriend taunts and harassment to fellow employees. Alex does not help employees are review the cameras were her boyfriend tainted people and the they ride bikes and cut in front of people and get citizens mad because they play games with motor vehicles. Alex let's his office staff another female make jokes that she made him cry due to firing her boyfriend . He does not fine college kids for tearing up rooms but don't clean up mold that others had lawyer call about making them sick. He won't stand up to other college kids tearing the pool up that don't live there and him and district manager and maintenance man all on face book together. Sounds like the group of guys that speeds thru parking lot doing 360 and one gets in trouble they go get the squad . Numbers are down cause management can not handle problems .
