  If you are thinking about living here. Do not waste your time or your money. I have read some of the reviews on the web and the ones that give this place high praise must have been posted by the owner. The owner will not replace urine soaked carpet, even if you are a new move in. Overcharges minorities and those whom he deems beneath him. The office staff are nothing but liars and cannot be trusted to tell the truth about anything. The owner is a well known racist, and bigot. He wants your money but doesn't want to spend his money to make much needed repairs to his properties. These people are very wealthy and very crude. They own many properties in the Huntsville area so beware. This property is owned by the Byrds. If you dont know who these people are then do some investigating on your own. They are dirty and corrupt.
